Aaron has spent his entire career practicing New York State Workers’ Compensation law and has handled thousands of hearings in front of the Workers’ Compensation Board. His practice is dedicated entirely to representing injured workers and he combines his extensive knowledge of the law with his litigation experience to make sure his clients receive the benefits and payments to which they are entitled.

Tonya Moore is a Paralegal and Legal Assistant. Tonya has been involved with workers’ compensation since 2017, preparing filings, procuring medical records, working up claims in advance of hearings and developing relationships with medical practices and insurance carriers alike. Clients are routinely eased when on the phone with Tonya, confident in her knowledge of their case and the efficiency with which she moves their claims forward.

Aaron Sanders is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire Memorial, an organization dedicated to honoring the legacy of the 1911 Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire while supporting injured workers and their families.
Through its scholarship program, the Memorial provides educational assistance to qualifying injured workers and the children or dependents of workers who have suffered serious work-related injuries or disabilities.
Aaron’s involvement reflects a commitment that extends beyond the courtroom — advocating for injured workers and helping their families access opportunities and support when they need it most.
